Im on Nofap since 3 months but relapes many Times

try to divide your target period in portions and focus on each single portion
for example I divided my 90 days target period into 10 portions of 9 days long for each
...
what I'm trying to do now is to focus on the remaining 5 days trying not to relapse with a full power and insistence
...
a 90 days period looks too long for me but a 9 days period does not
I'm not sure of the result but I think it may work for me this time
9-days period will be my longest and I will try to make it 18-days long
