Title says it all. I'm 21 and I can't hold down a relationship.
I think it's because I want to have sex with my current gf all the time and especially in the beginning of the relationship. If they don't give me what I want I often leave them. Ive broken a lot of hearts. I can't help it, I mean what do they expect? I'm a 21 yr old male who's horny.

To me sex > love by a longshot. Sure I've loved girls, but I don't think that i would have if sex didn't exist.

I guess in the past it had to do with my pornography addiction. I expected all girls to undress within 2 minutes of meeting them.
I'm not impatient, its just I get excited around girls. I don't wanna sound sexist, but the only thing I think about when it comes to women is sex, sex, sex. I can wait maybe 3 weeks at the most before ill demand that we either have sex or she leave.

    Questions:

    1. What should I do differently next time I'm in another relationship?
    2. What do gfs and bfs do when they're not kissing/sexual stuff?
    3. Am I being to hard on some girls for not wanting to have sex with me early on?
    Thanks

    Welcome to NoFap.

Your porm addiction has affected your past and present way of looking at women which is why it is vital that you stop PMO now! Your mindset is so dangerous and damaging to women. Based on what you have said, you seem to think of women like toys to use and discard after you have finished with them. That is not so. Porn isn't real nor how women are treated.
Spend a lot of time by yourself healing yourself, deprogramming your self.

  3. Not much more to be said really. It happens gradually. You yust feel more natural around women. You start to appreciate the small things more and more. If you can do hardmode for 90 days, girls will notice that you are changing. And this is a good foundation for a relationship. Never been close to 90 days myself, but I certainly notice changes when I am on a good streak.

Um, being hard isn't exactly the phrasing that I would use. More like objectifying women to an extreme.

You expect them to give it up to you? Wtf are you thinking?

    1) You don't even know these women

    2) They don't know or trust you

Trust is everything. Friendship is something that is built through trust. Healthy romantic relationships are friendships with a sexy zest.

Here is an analogy of what you are asking these women to do, but what you are asking is way worse:

You have become quick friends with someone that just got hired on a day or two ago. He askes you on his third day of work, "May I borrow your 50 in. flat screen for a Super Bowl party?"

Well, if you're a super swell person maybe you would say yes to that. It's really more akin to, "Hey, could I borrow your Lamborghini for the weekend?"

Like sure, the guy is nice and he has done a good job at work. I just don't feel comfortable loaning him something that valuble to me.

This may seem fucked and objectifying. It's intended to let you know that people value their sexuality on varying degrees. Some don't see it as a big deal to have orgies while others have ethical qualms with such a practice.

Your girlfriends have probably been like, "What the fuck is the rush with this guy?"

What is your rush? Some of us have problems getting a girlfriend in the first place.

Give her a chance. Do fun things with her. Mutually enjoyable experiences are what you want. Think of things that you would enjoy that she would also enjoy and BAM! There ya go.

    Thanks for your response.

I just think I'm a bit different from your average joe lol. Like I'm a pretty private person. I'm into guns and hardcore drugs and drinking. Other then that I sometimes go take very long walks deep in the woods by myself.

Idk I guess I just feel like a girl wouldn't want to do those things. I try to be social, but I'm only social when I'm on drugs or drunk.

The problem comes when I'm sober....
When I'm sober I am just quiet and horny. ( I drink in the night to fall asleep and not M)

Last question ~ what do gfs/btw do when they are not kissing/sexual stuff? Like when we're just sitting in the room I just wanna kiss her not talk you know.

So do you think these habits are healthy? Or: Is this how you want to live your life? I'm not judging here, just asking because you say that in a quite neutral way. It's great that you made your way to NoFap in the first place.

That would be something a girl might enjoy, too. Take the next one with you, if you like!

Well, talking about many things is part of a healthy relationship, you can't deny that. Other than that what comes to my mind is
    - cooking together
    - watching a movie (not too often, it becomes boring quickly)
    - if you share a common hobby, do that together (I sometimes played music together with my ex, you can also play video games or whatever)
And you can also go outside and do sports, go out, go to concerts, go to the swimming pool, to an art exhibition, to the cinema, whatever the two of you enjoy...

Right now you are not ready for a relationship. Being in a healthy relationship involves more than what you want. It involves giving of each other, wanting to share in each other's interests, maybe not all of them but at least some of them. From what you have shared, it appears as though you are not wanting to do anything more than what you want to do.
Abandon the drunk and high version of yourself and begin to work on the quiet and horny version. At least that version is real. That version holds promise. That version many can relate and help you. That version is the honest version of who you are now. You can grow and change/ evolve from the real you.
The other version is the result of alcohol and drugs. That's not a version that many people will want to be around unless they are high and drunk. That version is unhealthy.

Hey man, I'm 22 now and I've been in a health relationship with my girlfriend for over 5 years now...

I would answer your questions the following way:

    1) Don't get in a relationship until you reboot yourself hardmode (no porn or masturbartion or looking on purpose to sex images)

    2) There are many things and depends on people to people. Me and my gf we walk the dog, watch series, hang out with friends, watch movies, plan our next trips, play games, joke around, give massages one another, talk about our days and support each other in different ways.

    3) Of course, this guy covered the third question very well...

The last thing is, by my self experience with my gf and by reports of some friends of mine who are in a relationship, I realized that men usually wants to have more sex than theirs partner. During my relationship, there were many times I wanted to have sex with my gf and she wasn't in the mood, and I learned to be ok with that.

In case you don't change your mindset, have you ever thought about how would you deal with it when you engage in a relationship?

    All the best my friend..

  9. Hey,buddy next time you go into relationship, stop objectifying her, there are tons of do's and dont's in relationship but depends what type of couple you both are, for what you asked its not get you go hard for not having with you, but its all your brain which is being ruined by PMO addiction, and if you really need a healthy relationship you need to quit this PMO, you can have conversation, movies, walk , bla-bla with her, there are lots of non-sex stuffs you can make with her in relationship... But before all that all you need is to treat her as a partner not a mere option for your sexual fantasy....

I have stopped PMOing. I got 82 days of no porn.

I think I just want a girl who will maybe sleep with me and kiss and give me BJ's and eventually sex. But I'm not good at conversation

    Thanks everyone for your comments.
