18 year old nofap for almost a year!!

so do i. 10 years ago it would be great to know how i fucked up who i was. i had a girl, i was interesting for other people, i could have and do everything i want just to smile at people. just like ibrahimović. you see how he smiles when he says something? how could you hate this guy? this is how i was. i had a great body also and i was full of girls but i never touched others but onl the one i loved. now... the story is like a story of another person. i think people like children because of theyre energy is still pure and not infected with sex and porn and low self esteem and lack of confidence.... is it possible? does anyone know?

 

Try saying to yourself that you don't want\like wet dreams whenever you think of it. Say it like a command to someone who causes you to ejaculate. Like NOFap, things change with constant efforts. I agree with another poster, you are going to have a great life when you can tame your sexual energy. I am 44 and I tried many years to over come it. I started on NOFap only after eating plant based diet for 6 months. Eating more plants help to calm the beast or increase your will power.
