    Hello, fapstronauts.

I'm new to this community and I just found it while I was searching for disadvantages of over masturbation. I guess that does not sound weird to this community. I am happy that i can openly talk about it.

I've been addicted to porn and masturbation like most of the people here. But I've tried giving up on it quite a few times. This is probably the first time that I strongly feel that it's high time now.
I'm just 21 and I have to focus on my studies. Honestly, I've lost all focus in the past 1 year. I broke up with the girl I used to love madly and that was the time when I got deeper into masturbation. I've been suffering at work due to loss of focus and I need to get things straight ASAP.
I'd like you guys to help me quite PMO.
Thanks for contributing to such a wonderful community.

Hey Man! "The first step is always the hardest" It's great that you started and also that you posted! Double whammy now that you've got a community to help keep you accountable and you wrote your goal down to stop PMO for Life.
What I found with small goals and from motivation books that I've read is that a change too big has a super small success rate, its the little goals that will add up. I suggest that you try to go 30 days without PMO (day 3,4,5 will be the hardest) and then you'll see it'll be more smooth sailing from there. I don't really mind if you take it or not, just some advice from experience.
I'm also 21 and I'm also looking to turn my life around. I'm on day 4 now but honestly it feels that that was literally forever ago. Anyway, I'm also in college and Its good to keep others accountable.

I have my own forum and I was thinking maybe you could check up on me and Il'l check up on you for our 30 day challenge?! Could be cool! Leave me a comment or something if your down! Also applies to anyone else out there reading this comment.

Haha. Perfect! Thanks a ton for commenting. We can keep track of each other's progress. Also, since we're of the same age we're probably going to experience the same issues!
    Let's do this! ;)

Hey Man! Just Followed you, how are we doing? You're on day 4 or 5 here so this is where it gets really hard! I came pretty close, not going to lie, but I have noticed that I seem a lot more in control of my actions and it feels great!
Just finished a youtube binge but Im more prepared to handle it now. I once saw this graph that your testosterone goes up by like 15% on the 7th day you don't PMO so it's important to really focus on getting past that amount of time.
    Leave me a message!

Hey. Thanks so much for this motivation and information.
    I am on Day 4.
I almost lost control this morning but I managed to hit the panic button. I realized that this day is the hardest by far.
I'll try to focus more and hold it back! Thanks again! :)

I come to this site instead of any of the old trigger sites. You tube is the devil, always suggesting what I should like - trigger city it is. This site is like a virtual AA meeting. Recovering alcoholics are required to attend at least 1 meeting a day in the first 90 days of their recovery. I come here and give and receive as part of my recovery process. Keep coming back - It works if you work it.
