Intro

What is going on guys, I just googled up for help and found my self to be here, and the wonderful association of people that I just read attracted me into this spot.

I started PMOing since i was 13 and now im 20, thats 7 years of habits. I will PMO daily sometimes M without even using P but sometimes i can do 3 times a day. Felt like an absolute loser. When i was 18, i felt that i dont need a girl in my life when i can just satisfy my urges with PMOing.

Last week on Sunday was the last straw, I wanted to better my life. I started asking perspective from people that is successful in life, seeing how their day to day life looks like. I just realized their life is completely different than mine, its much much more productive and every action that they are doing is a form of intentional on either growth in business, family relation, or putting value into people. And i wanted to do that, I've been addicted to games, PMO, binge watching stuff. I need to stop and when I asked them how, they said to find an association of people that have been through that and can help others achieve the same. So here I am, I've been 1 week off PMO, games. I've been replacing the urges with going to the gym, reading self help books and listening to motivational and inspirational audios. And i just realized how addicted I am to those things, because right now as I am speaking, the urges to relapse or to break my commitment is way too high. But I know i can get through this and hopefully improve in my social life and find my loved one someday !
