I just watched a movie sex scene.

Spontaneous ejaculation is not a problem. I felt so guilty after my first wet dream that I relapsed afterwards. There's no need to restart. But beware that this guilt might be your brain saying "you screwed up now go fap" that's basically what happened to me.

There will be times when there will be something that's a trip wire and will cause an explosion and we didn't see it coming. As @Frühlingstimme said spontaneous ejaculations do occur, treat them as wet dreams. Clean up and move forward.

 

It's a shame that lots of movies and TV series seem to have fairly graphic sex scenes now. I try to avoid anything that I know will be overly sexual but as hard as we try it can be pretty hard to avoid. I basically had to stop watching a TV series because it had a lot of unnecessary sex scenes. I thought I was safe with superheroes but I even found Deadpool pretty triggering!

So yeah, despite our best intentions you can see something that you didn't want to. You didn't go looking for it which means to me it's not a relapse. Just beware of the chaser.

Seriously though, you were surprised but did not let your hands see any action. I am impressed. Now that you are fore-warned, what can you do the next time a scene surprises you?
I recently watched an R rated movie with some friends and spent some time checking out my shoes; I also made a couple of well timed trips to the kitchen and bathroom. I knew a scene was coming, and I knew I did not need to experience it.

I relapsed after watching Jennifer Jones on Netflix. Now I stay away from any movie with a hot actress
