PM, but not MPO?

    Hello everyone,

    I just joined this site. I have a question. According to the research of this site, is it still beneficial to abstain from just porn and masturbation, but still have sex?

    I've for many years wanted to stop watching porn, but I keep coming back to it. I found this website and I feel like it can provide lots of needed community support, but I don't want to stop having actual sex.

    Please let me know what you think.

    It really depends on every individual and their goals.

    For me, I want to quit porn and masturbating to it. Since I'm currently in a relationship, I will not refuse the opportunity of making love with my girlfriend when it will occur. We're currently quite playful in bed (no intercourse yet) and if I'll happen to orgasm, I'll do it because of her, not because of a screen.

    You can set whatever goals you want and see how they work for you. Some choose to hard-mode (no sexual activity at all), some of us don't and like I've mentioned it's entirely up to you.
