Reboot, BSOD, Windows not found.

Reboot just made me think of computer stuff.

So I am not going to get into my full story but today is day 2. Luckily I'm working 24 hours today which makes it far easier not to PMO. Longest I've gone is 8 days. So 90 days or bust right?

 

Yeah. I work for a utility as a lineman. I work any where from 8-24 hours a day, depending on if there is people out of lights ect. Like tonight a car hit a pole. So no sleep is a big part of my life. I can be called to work any time 24/7 365 days a year. The only real problem with working this long is when I do have breaks it's really easy to get inside my head.

But like I said it's kinda good because while I'm at work I have no desire to PMO. Although day 2 isn't rough for my it's about day 7-8 when I wake up in the morning and just have urged like a mofo. 8 is the longest I've made it so I can't say what's pass for me.

I basically started at 10, I know that's when I got caught trying to buy porn on my moms credit card. So sometime after that I've been pretty much daily which sucks because I'm 27 now closer to 28.

 

Day 3. I worked from 730 yesterday morning until 530 this morning. So actually 22 hours. Came home and slept till about 11. Woke up with morning wood. Like full flag pole. I don't usually dream or at least remember them, could be from the excess of drugs in my earlier years (then when I noticed I stopped dreaming) or who knows. Could of been because I talked to girl I'm in love with last night and relieved some of my anxiety not sure.

Let's keep going though.

No urges yet. Last time they didn't hit me until like day 7-8.

 

Ending of day 3:

Still going strong. No real thoughts about it. It could be because I got other things on my mind. I set up my new record player today and go some of the vinyls I ordered in today. Amazing sound. Also got my new strobes for my photography.

Other than that pretty much just been lounging around. I've only slept for like 6 hours last night since I got home at 530 but I'm not even really tired now. That sucks.

 

End of day 5 start of day 6:

So yesterday I spent most of the day with the girl (I'm going to stop referring to her as my ex even though we aren't dating again, yet). I got home from work and she called me upset she didn't pass her drivers test (she's 21 but due to things that have happened in her life blah blah) so I comforted her it's okay you're fine ect. So I went and picked her up and we came back to my place. Listened to vinyls, she worked on her artwork, watched some movies, cuddle on the couch kissing. When I took her home held her hand while driving kissed her goodnight ect.

This morning when I woke up had to say the pledge to the flag pole down there.

Still no wet dreams, never had one in my life so that's probably just because I started PMO in my preteens don't know.

So pretty smooth sailing so far.

Oh and had a physical for my medical insurance requirement today. Perfect bill of health, blood pressure, liver/kidney functions, glucose levels ect so once again proving this isn't a physical medical condition but a condition of our psyche.

(Not saying everyone is just a mental condition but if you're physically fit it's all mental and just have to break the addiction)
