I started rebooting about two weeks ago. Before I stopped PMOing, I couldn't finish in bed with my gf. I told her that it was because of my death grip while PMOing and she was understanding and told me not to worry. After a few weeks of no PMOing, I can finally finish with my gf. On top of this, I'm feeling more confident since I broke the habit of PMOing.

Before being able to finish with girlfriend, did you finish yourself off? Or just gave up? I'm in a similar situation

I saw the thread title and was expecting OP to tell a breakup story. Welcomed surprise! Cheers.

    Thank you for sharing.

If my husband doesn't have such problems, nor ED, does it mean his case of addiction is rather light?

I believe even though your spouse is not suffering from issues like ED (I'm glad he is not), it does not mean that he is not addicted. I'll give you my example: I do not suffer from ED or PE, but I am addicted as hell (and am trying to get myself out of it).
ED is just one of the consequences of PMO, it's absence does not imply lesser of an addiction.

If your husband himself feels that porn brings him down and he still feels it's hard to control, please lend him your support and co-operation to get rid of it!

@fredhamster - I am/was in the same boat, and would like to hear the OP's perspective too.

Read on if you want to know my experience:

I could only have orgasm about 25-50% of the time from masturbation (it always required long, time-wasting sessions), and 0% with my ex-wife. I figured it might just be normal for my age (40s), but I also suspected that all my jerking off over many years, and viewing videos and fantasizing, must have been playing a role in my orgasm reduction. plus, our relationship frankly sucked.

I am in a 100% better relationship now, but I still had the same issues with her until I finally decided to do something about PMO. So far, I have reduced my masturbation by about 90%. At this level, which I guess you could call "less fap" rather than "NoFap", it took about a year for real sex to improve to the point that I always have intense orgasms with my GF. I have only completely eradicated porn since October, so that's a recent accomplishment.

I should add that I have orgasms in missionary position, too. Doggie position lets my mind wander to the fantasy world too easily, so I consider missionary ejaculation to be the truer test of success.
