Today,
I am grateful for being the son of my mother and father. I embody and balance out their extreme strengths.
I am grateful for everything that has ever happened to me, negative or positive. After completing the challange, I catch myself being much more grateful for the negative things in myself, and in my life as well.
I am grateful for baguettes. They are so yummy!

1. I am grateful that there was a problem with the items I was ordering (weightlifting belt + gloves) not being available in my size, as when I went looking for an alternative I found some cheaper ones in my size and saved a little money.
2. I am grateful that I got my phone registered today and that this is now out of the way. (My country implemented a new rule this year that all pay-as-you-go/burner numbers have to be registered to a name/address now, and I waited really long to do it but finally got it done today.)
3. I am grateful for long restful sleep last night.

I'm greteful for you post! Reminds me to be thankful for my physical Abilities, that I have all my limbs working, less we forget.

 

1. I am grateful that my order arrived today. The weightlifting belt is actually a size too small (doh, I made a mistake when converting inches to cm to figure out my size) but it at least fits on the widest size, and I can perhaps add some holes to it myself. Worst case when I get bigger I'll just have to order a new belt, but it was only like ~$13 anyway so not a big deal.
2. I am grateful for setting a new PR on bench today. So I've been stuck at this number on bench for ages, but I spent the other day practising my form with just the bar until I felt I had it down solid. Today I added in regular barbell bench to the rest of my workout, determined to see if my form changes paid off. I attempted to add +2.5kg to my bench. All I wanted to do really was just get 1 rep to kind of beat the mental blockade that plateauing for so long on a lower weight gave me... but surprisingly I managed 3 reps, and probably could have done more - but I was so surprised I did that many that I kinda gave up on the 4th rep.
3. I am grateful for the amazing heartfelt comments/messages I get from some of my YouTube viewers. A couple of them today really made me smile.
