Relapsed after 10 days

Hi all.

after years of addiction to PMO majorly to MO. I decided to give NoFAP a very serious chance this time. with new year around the corner, I decided to go in with some days clean.

I started real good as you can see in journal https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/rebooting-journal-be-batman.83085/.

But today i relapsed , i was at home it was a weekend and nothing to do. I just woke up got a major urge from some fantasies and i relapse.

I kind of feel sad and dirty now. But i will start again. One point to take away from this is that weekends are tough as i dont go to work and gym and have a lot of free time on my hands. Will be better prepared next time.
