90 days (semi) clean

It's been a crazy ride so far.

I'm not one for long posts, so I'll make this short.

I've been with nofap on and off for over a year and a half now. Most guys here are surprised that pmo could even be an issue with girls. We're not all that different from you guys, btw. Yes, I struggle(d) with all of the same issues as you did. Struggling with lack of energy, no social life, porn induced fetishes and disfunctions, etc.

I'm personally defining my reboot/goal at 180 days. That may even change as I near then.

I took me while to start seeing the benefits. But as I thought on it, there have been numerous tiny miracles as the days passed. Before, when I was still locked in my room for hours on end, I had no connection to my family at all. Now, me and my sister are closer than ever. And I've gotten to know the rest of my siblings as well. Nevermind my parents because I'm a teenager and what teen likes their parents?

I have a new job and it involves a shit ton of customer interaction. Before, I could barely look people in the eye. Now, I'm not claiming nofap cured me of my social anxiety because 1) I still have those issues and 2) I'm aware nofap isn't a cure-all that magically transforms you into a god(ess).

Haven't noticed any physical benefits, although I wasn't expecting any.

I have found that I've come to rely on nofap in a way. Which could go either way... But I don't think it's healthy to devote all my time thinking and focusing on the thing I'm trying to cure myself of. So another nofap break may be upcoming.

So yeah, I'm patting myself on the back for a tough 90 days. Here's to 90 more
