Excellent exercise resource.

    So far I'm on day 13 on this streak and have found that exercise helps fight urges and just thought I would share the best resource I've found so far for exercise and that's scooby workshop . com he also has a YouTube channel called scooby1961 where he shows how to do the proper forms in exercises and what not,
    Hope this helps somewhat
