    Hello everyone
    My name is Ali Nazir, I'm 16 years old and I've been suffering from porn / master.. addiction for a long time now
    The reason i joined nofap is too finally get rid of this horrid addiction for life
    I really need help in these times because my body dosnt know when to stop anymore
    I want to have a normal life again
    so im hoping nofap can help me
