Hi all,

I am a 36 year old guy from Spain. I have been struggling with P&M since I was a teenager, that is to say: for a fair while now. Needless to say I am old enough to remember the times when internet was not accessible or as quick as it is now so my struggles with porn were highly increased by my mid twenties when I got regular (and private) access to a computer in my bedroom; after that, laptops and smartphones have made things even worse. I also happen to struggle with same sex attraction (which is another fight) so I am mostly inclined to gay porn. I am well aware that many people get scandalized by the idea of a guy who likes other guys to try to revert that feeling and I have even been labelled as homophobic, well, I am not: I really understand people of my kind and know what they have gone through but it is just that I do not see myself living an active gay life and aging alongside another man. I fully respect people who decide that path but it is not mine and I hope to get the same respect.
As per my motivation, I do not like to be a slave of all this stuff and want to get free of this. I am a practicing Catholic (although very sinner as you can see) so faith and becoming a better person also play an important role in my reasons for trying to overcome these addictions.
Finally, apart from joining a community of people struggling with the same issues, I hope to find a reliable accountability partner to help me held accountable for my actions.
