dreams during fapstinence

I have personally had very vivid dreams, including some very intense sexual dreams (but no wet dreams). Maybe that is part of the process?

 

Yes I just recently had a very vivid dream earlier today. I had never really had a dream that clear and intense before. I just attributed it to the re-wiring of the brain

 

I have somehow seen this connection also, and thats also one of the reasons i am on this no fapp. I even couldnt remember some dreams during time i was fapping. I think it could be somehow related also to the minerals and vitamins you lose in ejaculation.Try eating bananas and apple juice before sleep just that , and you will see how more clear and lucid like dreams become.After all some of semenal fluid is very similiar to one found in areas around our brains, at least base on supstance found in it.

 

Me too - I have been having very vivid dreams and I remember all the details the next morning as if it really just happened
