HOW TO PREVENT RELAPSE

    TODAY am on my''50 days of nofap'',is NOT easy man, but that's what makes it worth.
    This is my 4th trial, for the first time I reach 35 days and relapse, then the second one
    reach 23 days and I relapse, the third one was 29 days, uh,I was feeling sad thinking why I keep relapsing while I really don't want to.From all those relapses I learn a lot
    of lessens from them, well long story short, let me list some tips that may work for everyone that relapses and want not to relapse again.

    TIPS :
    1. Do not use your smart phone while in BED.
    2. Do not spend many time ALONE in a room.
    3. Decrease the use of all social media that might contain TRIGGERS.
    4. Do not even THINK of things that may arouses you.
    5. Workout REGULARLY.
    6. Eat healthy FOODS.
    7.Whenever you feel like ''doing it'' just WALK OUT and get fresh air.
    8.When you are about to relapse, think of the REGRETS that will follow after.
    9.While thinking to relapse, imagine yourself reaching the DAYS that you want.
    10. Use internet ONLY for a necessary thing , and within short period of time.

    Thanks for this, man. Tonight has been ROUGH. I have yet to relapse, but boy did my brain want me to XD
