18 year old man looking to get rid of PMO in my life

    I really cant remember the last time that I PMO'd so I'm just going to use this as Day 1. PMO has been taking a huge toll on my relationship with my girlfriend and its time that i start making a serious change in my life and get rid of this nasty stuff for good. I want to start by taking the 90 day challenge and increasing the number of days as I go on. I will be involved in another support group in a church building in my area and I will be very much involved in this. So here goes to a new cleansed me.
