i had that same problem but in very little, like less than mm pre cums, i think its because after we stop masturbation for a good a mount of days our body isnt used to not masturbating for so long so it keeps producing sperm as it did before, but as time pases we start to adapt to no masturbation and the pre sperm stops coming out, also remember that if you for some reason get aroused highly there is a chance where the penis can pre cum in little cuantities due to the arosal and because the body is still very active for masturbation and is badly asking for it, in my case i had some little pre cums to but then after like the third week of stoping masturbation the body in some way adapts to no masturbation and the sperm is produced in a way you wont have to much so there isnt sperm coming out
