Body Hair Question

    So, closing in on 45 days and I have an odd question I'm not sure where to ask. Here goes...
    Has anyone noticed an increase in body hair after stopping PMO? I have to think its due to increased testosterone.
    It's not like I'm a bear all of the sudden, but it does seem noticeable. More and longer chest and armpit hair and I have 5:00 shadow at 5:00 instead of the next day.
    Just an observation and I would be interested in other's experience.

    Testosterone levels ( usually ) have their peak 7 days after stopping masturbating. Then, it decreases to normal levels again.

    I haven't noticed any difference in hair growth or quantity, and I have not masturbated for 4 months, and not watched porn for 5 months.

    I haven't noticed any additional hair on my body, but I have noticed my hair is thicker on my head. Not that each hair strand has gotten wider, I mean that there are new hairs growing in between existing hairs - my head of hair has gotten more dense. I know I'm not imagining it because I can see the new hairs as they sprout up. I'm on Day 158 and I'd estimate the amount of hair on my head has increased about 5%. It's not a ton, but I already have a full head of hair. I continue to see new "sprouts" to this day. Not many, but I'm not able to see most of my head up close anyway, just the front in the mirror.

    So yes, I can confirm your suspicion.

    I think my facial hair is darker and thicker now.

    Also there's more chest hair, but that can also be because of aging :)

    Yes I have experienced increased hair growth especially facially now that you mention it... Thought it was from shaving more frequently but nofap could very well be a contributing factor especially on day 145 of hardmode

    Yes. Started growing chest hair after stopping pmo. Blood work showed very low T before.

    Interesting. My T was low this time last year. About what an 80 year old man might have. I'm thinking about maybe getting retested after my 90 day reboot is up.

    Hi, my T was also very low. It's shocking. Shouldn't be that way. It will probably, hopefully be higher after the reboot.
