Almost all day...while I'm home sleeping, cooking, in the shower, while I'm at the library studying...my body is begging me to PMO. "just go to the bathroom in the library", "just close the door to your room", "just a little bit...just a bit of release." This is what my body is begging me to do non stop. Ug....help?

Call it up for what it is. Say to yourself " that is just my brain looking for dopamine"

I find that weakens the urge

How? I already exercise daily, eat well, and am a productive person (in college - taking 21 credits).

What do you mean by "how". You simply practice labeling each urge as a "dopamine urge". Think about the physiology of the urge. What is an urge....it is nothing but your brain trying to get dopamine.

You can practice this thought pattern regardless of what else you are doing in your life

As you break any addiction, the first days are the worst. As the days and weeks go by, the demand weakens. There are waves of urges and troughs of flatlining and depression, but it levels off. It feels so good when you realize you are changing and healing. Real women become interesting with their clothes on; they quit being something to undress. When we lay down, we feel good replaying our day, not the porn we saw.
Each day is battle, some we win, some we learn from and we win the next time. Each time you keep studying and don't sneak into the bathroom for relief, it is a victory. Each time something with inviting skin pops up on the screen of your phone, tablet or computer, and you quickly close it, you won another victory. As you build skill and gain experience, it gets easier, but you can get over confident and fall off the wagon after months.
You are doing great in the most difficult time. Keep fighting, and enjoy your victories. It isn't all pain. There are times to look in the mirror with pride. Enjoy the good times and a great future.

It never ceases to amaze me how porn addicts, people who have been wanking to horribly stimulating porn for years, think they can overcome the addiction in a matter of days or weeks and without going through any pain. You know when the pain becomes bearable? When you stop looking for relief.

I mean just remember all the days when you were overstimulating yourself to death, sleeping for 10 hours and then waking up the next morning with the only thing feeling more tired than your brain is your dick, and know that there's a price to be paid for all of that over-stimulation.

You have to pay the price. Get over it, embrace the new pain and don't look for relief.
