    I've been trying to fight this on my own. Them I found this and it's so amazing I had no idea something existed! This is going to make it so much easier knowing I'm not alone. I'm a proud femstronaut on my 5th day. If anyone would like to help out a newbie on my pmo/nofap journey, please pick me! Power to my fapstronaut family!

    Welcome to the forums Lovelavie,
    please stay awhile and read some of the stories, both success and failure!
    Upon realising how common this issue is you will find the strength that comes from not having to do it alone and that together we can all fight the good fight, regardless of gender, age, cultural background or sexual preference...
    I trust you will have an enlightening time, I certainly did my first time coming here :)
