Makes the sun you hornier? its strange

    Its now very hot und i was at the last days Long in the sun because i want more colour on my Skin and sun give also energy. But i think it has one disadvantage, it makes me hornier. I feel like i have completed 30 Nofap days again or more. Last week i relapsed 5 times, i hope today will be not the 6th.. But now my question to you guys is if the sun makes you hornier too?

    Yeah. I actually found it important to make an effort to catch more sun (amongst other things) once I quit porn. Your brain is wired to getting just a-bombed with dopamine from porn, so you need to find alternative, healthy ways of getting it to ween yourself off it.
    Unless youre a cold turkey super hero.

    ok all clear . Fortunately i stopped now to searching, i typed things in Google (didnt see a Picture), i was aroused it was Close. i hate it. most of the time when im much aroused it doesnt help when i think all on the positive things by nofap, everything is matter :mad:

    For me it's the reverse. I get urges on rainy days because if I don't eventually go outside, I get bored and want to fap.

    I just laid out in the sun for about 45 minutes and it made me horny as hell, I resisted the urge though and now I feel calmer. I think it helps in a way.
