Mo and Hairloss

Hello,
I think before getting worked up, first try and find out if MO really causes hair-loss. I'm pretty sure it doesn't.
If you aren't too old, like in your early 20s or something, I understand how it must be worrying for you. I've always felt that one feels really guilty after you MO and then you try to relate every downside in your life to MOing. If you think you do this- don't. Don't relate your MOing habits to your hair-loss. Your hair-loss is most probably because you're dad or someone of your close relatives had it, i.e., it's genetic.

Seek real medical help to deal with your hair-loss.

 

There are some people who say that their hair loss got better, even reversed after stopping MO. MO releases DHT and Prolactin in the body. Two hormones that are high in balding men. I'm no expert on this, so I don't know if it is true. It is definetely worth a try since stopping to PMO will improve your lifei n general. So you have nothing to lose.
