    I'm brand new to the whole nofap thing, but reading through some journals and other things has got me pretty motivated. I'm gonna start a daily journal on here and see how that helps! Anyways, introductions, I live in the U.S. with my family and cat, I'm 16 years old, I'm Catholic, and I want to stop watching porn/masturbating.
