    A few days ago when I relapsed I managed to have two orgasms, two hours apart, without masturbating, edging, or looking at porn. I was lying completely still on my back with my hands to my side while fantasizing about making out with a girl and I O'd. This was after going 23 days without M or O. Has anyone ever manage to reach O without physical or visual stimulation? I didn't think this was possible.

    An orgasm without masturbating or edging is possible when you're sleeping (nocturnal emission/wet dream). But I never experienced your situation, must have been intense.

    I can see it being possible. I have come very very close to orgasming from just fantasizing without any visual or physical stimulation.
