difficulties in my addictions

    for 10 years of my life I have been struggling with porn, masturbation and sometimes sex and these have really weighed me down in my radical and rational thinking. i find it difficult to achieve my dreams. i feel as if am clouded. i need help and I believe that through NoFap i would help me come back to the person i used to be.

    I know that feeling of being clouded. If you stay away from porn you feel lifted pretty soon. First signs in what direction this can move you should get after only 7 days PMO-free.

    I would recommend you to read the success stories section to stay motivated and to get tips how to beat this addiction.

    You came to the right place. Cutting PMO from your life will bring you back. The catch is, it's not easy. Sometimes the temptations are too strong, but you can't let it discourage you. You have to be willing to put in the work. You have to find something productive to fill the void. But it will help to bring your dreams that much closer to reality.

    I found motivation in education. Read Your Brain on Porn and learn about what is happening, and you'll see why NoFap is definitely the way to go.
