I guess one of the major reasons why people on NoFAP see improvement and success in life is "They do things that matter". NoFap is not about abstinence, it is about giving up your addiction and replacing it habits that help you grow.

I would like to share my experience here. I started NoFap some days back. I went on for 6 days. In those six days, my focus was on meditation, gym, and work and since I was not fapping I was forcing myself to do these. But then I relapsed and after that, you don't do anything. I got a very major assignment yesterday and I have not made any progress on it. Just a few minutes before this post I had a report to read but instead, I decided to Fap instead and now the report is delayed until tomorrow.

And this is what NoFap is all about. It is about reading that report, going to the Gym, talking to that girl, finishing your assignment, working on your hobbies, developing skills etc. It is about doing what is good for you and doing it over choosing to Fap. If you are not doing it You are an addict and like any addiction, you need to give one up as well.

    I am starting again.

Im on day 39 myself and i have been bodybuilding for 3 years now and i have started to see some good results after quitting PMOing. My testosterone levels are much higher than before and i have lost like 1-2 kilos of bodyfat in month without cutting meals and i have now like 12-14% bodyfat and that has kept me very motivated to not even think about PMOing ever again.

All you need is motivation and you will get it just by reading other peoples stories about benefits of stopping pmoing!

    Stay strong!
