Why we don't count PMO time separately?

Nope 90 days of anything is 90 days. Think of it as two goals:90 days each. And congrats on your progress so far! That's wonderful!

 

You can do whatever you like. Find what works for you.

Although 90 days is a pretty meaningless number, significance wise. Just saying...

 

I'm doing that. It works for me, and although i do M and O sometimes, i do NOT let my no P counter be resetted.. which is good. For me PORN is the main problem. Of course no P and no M for 90 or 180 or whatever days would be best, but i consider it better to M sometimes and still not watch P. That's why i separate counters in my signature. If i would not do that, risk would be high that when i M, i also immediately will watch P, since my counter would be at zero again right?
