Day 6 going good

 

Hey guys. Almost a week. I'm doing ok and try to deal with urges.
My dad went for a week but leave today. I'm alone with kids.
It's a little bit hard so that's why i share it here to find some support.

 

Passed day 2.

 

Remember to breathe, my friend. If things get really hard, remember that you are in control of your arms and hands and nothing will happen if you don't physically move them to PMO. In times like that, it helps to isolate yourself somewhere (like a bathroom) and just focus on breathing, every time a thought comes up you command either aloud or in your head ''STOP.'' and breathe, breathe, let your mind calm, breathe. The storm does pass, and when it does, you come out stronger. Hope this helps.

9 days done. Hanging in there.

 

Completed two successful days.

Already feeling a sense of heaviness down there. Have been doing "it" for the last 20 years or so.

The journey to rebooting is long and tough, have repeatedly failed in a few days but this time it FEELS different.

Day 2 and going strong.

Hello All!
I am writing here for the last time. As of today I reached 180 days! This was my first try and I've started in this topic, so I am very thankful for the captain and the people I've met on my journey. I got a lot of power from here. The beginning was very difficult, but once you reach 90 days, it will be a lot easier. And believe me, it worth to stay out of your pants. I experienced tons of positive health changes! Feel free to write me pm if have any questions!
