i dont count it as a relapse. but doing it again and again destroys the purpose.
its called edging. the mind is getting the dopamine and you're mostly cheating yourself.
its the mind that has to be rewired so fantasizing again n again wont really help.

 

How long have you went without fapping I'm on day 9 it could be your mind rewiring! Because I had a porn addiction for a long time I used to fap 5 to 6 times a day yup I was that bad! I couldn't even get a hard on when I was with a girl but I noticed that since I stopped watching porn & it has been 9 days without I noticed that I get aroused more where before I couldn't that's my brain rewiring!

 

The way I judge myself is by asking if it was intentional. If you did something to cause it, or knowingly allowed yourself to become aroused, then I would say that it is a relapse.
Don't dwell on determining if you succeeded or failed in the past, and don't worry about the future either. Focus on succeeding in the present.

I'm staying away from porn for good bro ever since I stopped fapping I feel more confident! And I've noticed that I'm able to talk to people a lot more than when I was fapping! I don't have any urges to fap to porn no more I don't need it in my life good luck on your enjoy!
