How has your body changed after a year of no PMO?

 

When I see an extremely attractive woman, I resort to thinking about saving that thought to fap when I get home, that's how bad it is. My lack of confidence keeps me from approaching them. Then I feel great for a few seconds after, but then a sense of guilt and failure overpowers what I just went through. This is repeated daily for more than 15 years now. How do you control your thoughts?
