I realize now that everyones NoFap journey is totally different. while many say that their Flatlines have dissipated after 2 weeks, 1 month or 2. Some, like myself, have felt it the entire time while on Nofap. So since i continue to feel this way im tirelessly looking for ways to relieve myself from the awful withdrawl type feelings. Eating healthy is something i already do, but it's not enough. I need some vitamins and supplements to help me cope with depression and Generalized Anxiety until this whole thing lifts. I wish all us Fapstronaunts lived in the same area that way we could meet occasionally and talk about our experiences..that'll be cool. But anyway today i wouldn't necessarily say is a good day mentally for me. But i'm less suicidal. Thank goodness lol

Ps. Thinking about taking medication again..any thoughts?

I don't think you need medication, you need to finish this NoFap journey by yourself! and you well! Soon that flatline will ease off!
    Good Luck!

Try adding simple cardio exercises into your daily routine. Working out definitely helps with coping up with life during flatline.

I used this Natrol 5 - HTP mood enhancer from amazon (if you're in US) for only $10. It does help a lot with general anxiety.

Do some exercise is vital in your recovery.. Do whatever you like, soccer, running, etc... I recommend yoga and meditation instead of medication.
    TRUST THE PROCESS!!

From what I understood, you've been in a flatline the whole time. I entered mine two and a half months ago or so (three months into my reboot). It feels like it's taking forever. But sooner or later we'll ne out of it. You're not alone in dealing with a really long flatline so don't worry. We'll get through it.
