When do the urges hit you hardest?

The First Week, which I've never gotten past

 

When its time for bed. Its just that i cannot sleep before i masturbate. Some days after toiling hard i go for a week without masturbating. but once i start there's no one stopping me.. It goes on & on.

Weekends definately. Usually late night or mid morning. And they are the strongest about a week in to a reboot.

 

Early morning.

 

I had my fap-days, when my girlfriend came home late, when she had her period, urges hit hard when one of that day comes and I know I would be home alone.

 

Right as I'm waking up. My thoughts usually run rampant and I have little control over them as I'm still converting from my subconscious mind to full consciousness.

I also have trouble the day after heavy drinking. The hangover makes me crave any sort of dopamine rush and it's really the only time I've actually considered relapsing during my reboot.

 

Late evening, when Im about to shower/take a bath and also when its night and im still doing something on PC

 

Early morning, perhaps because I always have pornographic thoughts as I'm half-awake.
