If it makes you excited then it's porn to you.

 

Yeah at a point you need to cut out all sexual stimuli to move forward. However (especially in the early stages) just not masturbating or orgasming or looking at porn online is a big jump forward. If you can go clubbing and not relapse its not a huge problem, but work on resisting and not being reliant on such sexual arousal.

 

I wouldn't consider that a porn fetish. But to answer your question, yeah since it does trigger you, you need to stop going there. At least in the beginning of your nofap journey. Once your successful with nofap and can control your urges then you should go clubbing. Just my $00.02

 

It is a kind of pornography..it is basically for sexual arousal..porn addiction and sex addiction complement one another, it is laughable to say you want to quit watching porn but still go for live sex shows n strip teases.it is rather stupid to replace porn addiction with sex addiction.To answer your question,it is unhealthy to involve yourself in any sexual practise yl trying to recover from pmo..any unhealthy sexual practise will definately lead you back to porn

If you are out there meeting, intermingling and dancing with real people then I do not see a problem with clubbing. Go there with the expectation of meeting women and having fun - not with any sexual expectations.

A club is a legitimate and fun place for a guy to meet and interact with women.

If you are exchanging money or whacking off when you get home; then there is a problem and maybe you should meet women in a different and safer environment.

 

I got to clarify something,I didnt mean to mock but air my opinion,that's what you asked, right?I have been a porn addict for the past 10 yrs and started quitting 5 yrs ago..I tried replacing it with sex hoping it was the way out,at first it looks realistic but in the real sense is like jumping from prison cell to another..You may not feel the heat Immediately but it is just a matter of time before you realise and try to back out,just like it took youna while to realise that youn are addicted to porn.I am just enlightening you coz have been down that road.Still it is your decision to make but I advice you make it wisely..Otherwise I know you want to make the right decision n that's y you asked.I wish you all the best in that...
