Hello (also, I am new here).

    I will keep it simple.

Sunday the 26th I had sex after nearly 10 years of avoiding any kind of relationship. This does not mean I have not masturbated during that period (sometimes to porn, sometimes not), but for the last couple of years I started to find it boring and gross if porn was involved. So the amount decreased to twice a month if I felt particularly in the mood.

Regarding the sexual encounter, everything went as I expected: fun, exciting, etc; you get the idea. The only problem is I lost my erection right after penetration and well, it did not hard at all afterwards.

I cannot lie, I am a little concerned. I do not know what caused the sudden drop, but I rather get to fix this issue sooner than later.

Could nofap help me with this? What is your personal experience redarding libido before, during and after a nofap?

    Welcome!

Yes, Nofap will help you. I believe this is what is happening: Although your porn use isnt outrageous (like most of ours on here), your 10 year break from relationships has wired your brain to receive sexual pleasure from YOU (as a solo masturbator), not from a female partner. You will have to stop masturbating for a period of time and "reset" your brain. Then, when you start to engage with females, your brain will begin to learn more of what to do with a real partner, and when (i.e. erections and sexual pleasure).

Moral of the story: Stop masturbating and watching porn completely (reccommended for 90 days), and you will see improvements.
