    Day 44. To tell you the truth, I think I haven't got an addiction of P in my life. Just when I was depressed and I had anxiety I abused of it everyday. I think a stressful life is related with PM. I just did it to escape from my life. Nowdays, life is treating me good. My anxiety has decreased a lot. I made some habits changes before I started the challenge.

    - Stop playing video games.
    - Stop drinking alcohol.
    - Stop watching TV (including football, TV shows), sometimes I watch a movie with friends.
    - Left my old job, where I didn't feel fulfilled. You know: do what you love and you won't work a day in your life.

    Without alcohol in my body, I can control all urges I have.

    Day 44. Coming along better than before.

    During my week of allergy illness, which is now over, I had a little binge on eating junk food, like doritos, and shit. But I'm glad I was able to control over the urges of pmo, and It's all because I don't feel the need to pmo anymore, and I feel that it's really pointless for me to go back on that same cycle that I was stuck in since 2008 (I'm 23 now btw). Peeking photos of women in bikinis just doesn't trigger me anymore, because... well... they're just images. I mean.. why keep wasting your time on fapping to images that are fake? They ain't gonna love you back, you'll just have your mind and prefrontal cortex all fucked up, and you'll feel alot worse. I'm telling you. I'd much rather save my sex drive for whoever girl I meet.

    So, to be honest, I never fapped because of stress, depression, or whatever trouble I've had in my life. Alright? I said it right there.

    Ok, enough talking about that pmo shit.

    Now that I'm better from allergies, what I will focus on now is to continue my martial art training, and I'm gonna start to learn how to drive a car (no, I never learned how to drive. So, go ahead and make fun of me), and I will continue on finding a job, so I can get the fuck outta my old house.

    Well, that's all the shit I gotta say.

    Hi guys!
    I´m working on this since may-2016.. My longest streak was 83 days. Now i´m 15 days and I think a good idea is first to put a small goal of 90 days. Once we achieved that we can make another goal of 90 days. As you know the reboot process depends on each person (age you start to watch porn, intensity of the porn you have watched, etc).
    I have read tons of good information so any question you have let me know.
    In my personal experience I know I need more or less 9 months to reboot. First time I saw porn I was like 8.
    I want to be with you guys in this proccess and hope everyone success on this.
    I´m going to mention a few points:
    • I highly recommend to do some sport and do it part of your life.. This will boost your reeboot and of course, to do sport will focus your energy in good stuff. (Will clean your mind easily). Meditation/Yoga is also a great idea.
    • I don´t know if you guys have been struggling with social media and relapses. In my case, Facebook has been the author of more than 90% of my relapses. So you have to pay a lot of attention to this and be really carefull. Social media and internet is ful of triggers. Avoid triggers is so important. Actually there is some apps you can download in order to control this. I´ve using it and it´s really useful.
    • If you do some drugs or weed it´s better to stop it. They activate the same pathways (dopamine) and it´s more likely to relapse. In my personal experience weed and PMO have a connection. So if I´m high is like "I don´t care or less worry" about my goals and my process. Also i´ll be more horny. It´s better if you are doing this process to do it as sober as you can. Your mind will be more focused in the important things.
    I will be nice to discuss antoher points.

  9. Hey guys, I've had a few setbacks since new year but I'm on day 12 now and feeling good. Cold shower every morning, fasting on bread and water twice a week, daily prayer works well for me. Regaining my spontaneity is the best thing. Wishing you all well. We are all in this together.

    i'm focusing on learning russian, working out (calisthenics), reading, walking and going to start meditating again

  14. Relapsed today after another 15 days of Hard Mode. Reset once again. Ain't giving up tho. Still the same goal: 365 days Hard Mode. Will get there eventually.
