Focus on yourself or learn persuasion tecniques, both are pretty good.
The first sounds selfish, but how can we help others if we are uncapable of helping ourselves first?
The second will teach how to convince people on wanting to do what you want them to do. After all, we are often in our own worlds, being able to enter someonelse's world is the easiest way to convince people.

 

The best advice I can give you is pick up a hobby or simply improve yourself, financial status, education, etc. Quitting PMO often brings other problems to the surface that were repressed by it.
