23 year old male with concerns

    Quick background:
    -Started MO @ 13
    -soft PMO(images) @ 14
    -PMO@ 15
-Got into some harder PMO around 18-21
    -attempted to cut back/quit
-PMO from 22-23 (1-3x day from 9 to 3 months ago)
-Quit PMO for 1 week 3 months ago
-soft PMO (images) for last 3 months
    -Never used death grip.
-Was able to stand at attention with my gf 80% of the time. Just not my best game.

It has been about 7 days since last PMO. I have had some morning wood for most of the mornings (1-2 minutes).

I was wondering if there was any insight on how long the flatline period would possibly last. I know that everyone is different. My gf comes back from her study abroad when I'm about 30 days into NoFap and we will only be around each other for about 20 days before we have to go long distance again for a little while. I wanted to be able to "spend as much time" with her as possible and am worried the flatline might interfere with that.

Fine let's put it this way, for those of you that weren't desensitized to the point of not performing, how long did it take for you to see results?

For me personally, the first couple days almost to a week was hard for me. I'm sitting at day 20 right now and my libido is doing pretty good and so far has no looks of changing. I could see results in about a week and a half, two weeks at the most. By 30 days I think you will be just fine. Now with that being said, everyone experiences this nofap thing differently. From the info that you gave, I was about the same % wise for "standing at attention" so I think it should be kinda close
