    I'm 55 yo. A loner, and PMO seemed to ea easy way out... to nowhere..

    Welcome!
    I can relate, this problem has really exacerbated my isolation. But joining this community has really helped. I recommend starting a journal and shearing more of your story. I think its great you trying to connect with people, this community is very sportive. Good luck.
