today is a landmark for me, for 15 years i´ve been dealing with PM (althought just only in the last year i found out i was an addict) and never i manage more than 8 days without PM, so today is a groundbreaking record for me.
from now on a new territory is ahead, don´t know how is going to be but i´m total determinated to finish this damn parasite.

I just relapsed, this is embarrassing that i am staying at the same point after nine days.
It was all good until yesterday, i don't know why but i was watching porn compulsively until i got pain into my balls and in order to comfort myself i masturbated.
some times i feel like i am a loser and i can't defeat this beast.
Maybe i will start again...

You're not a loser! You can start over! I have started relapsed and started so many times I couldn't give a definitive number, but I found this website and am more determined to beat this. You can do it to!!! We support people here!
