  2. The thing is I use facebook so rarely, and had deleted it long time ago, so when I made a new account (which is current one) i barely added any people to it, basically my family and few random people. My closest friends werent on that list even. Except for my gf, and she didnt say anything, or didn't even act different when i met her today so clearly the blackmailer didn't send anything to anyone. You know this is a great lesson for me in future and i'm glad I've learned it now when I don't have any serious repercucions awaiting. Basically if anyone wouldplan to have random strangers meeting, dont use your original skype because it might have your main email addres to which everythign is connected these days. But on the personal note I think if my video would have been shown i guess I either would have quite serious breakdown, or actual relief, of getting naked in front of everyone which is like being vulnerable and basically after that there isnt anything more embarrasing so the life i gues would have been easier after that. But these are just speculations.

  3. Here's the thing, no one plans to do sh*t like that, but the lesson isn't about trying to hide it on a burner Skype account. The lesson is: just don't make the easy spur of the moment decision with your "dumb stick" next time. :)
I got to put myself in the position of you g/f, I didn't realise you were seeing someone. You'll probably really hurt her if she finds out. In fact, she would be bang to rights to leave you over this. I know that's some harsh words, but it's how I feel. It's not about whether you "stuck it in" another woman or not, it's about breaking someone's trust.
Look I know you come here for support. I don't want to berate you, you seem to feel remorse. Maybe in time considering telling her what you've done. I'd wait for time to pass however.
    Kind Regards.

OP, here is a solution: get ahead of the blackmail by showing us your penis.

  5. wise words. I guess me being a bastard was clear enough not to even mention by me :D. That's what i rememebr thinking about last time on my long streak. I get so horny that nothing else matters. Which is crazy. But honestly I would've deserved to be broken up with if she found out. I would accept my screw up. Every decision that led to the climax, was worse than the previous. Life tested me greatly :D

  6. I'm glad you've come back and said what you did. I was thinking about this post today and I was worried that you were just concerned about getting caught, rather than just worrying about hurting someone who trusts you.
Look we all get the urges bro, that's why we're here, but we're human, and that means we have choice. Every single time. We have a choice.

I'm not sure where things are at for you since I didn't finish reading replies, but I understand that this kind of thing can cause a lot of stress just in the wondering (and the embarrassment). One idea is to change your Facebook settings so the person can't see your friends. Easy enough. Also, make your profile hidden to searches. Worst case scenario, you can create a new profile with a your first and middle name and reach out to your other friends and tell them your account was compromised and you have a new Facebook page.

Just so you know, different states, and countries have different legalities around this. However, in all cases 'give me money, or I'm shaming you' is recognized as illegal.

My guess is that she was part of a long line of extortion and fraud that you encounter when dating online (or in the case chatting). Those people don't and can't afford the light of day though. The last thing she should do is actually link anything as it will be traceable to her in real life. So saying 'I won't pay', was definitely the right thing. She might have been solo and dumb, but often this kind of fraud is organized with a boyfriend or an employer, guiding her and many other girls. (Its the first time I've heard the girl actually going though the act though. How sure are you that the camera was live, and not a recording with a chat bot attached?)

I don't honestly know it's a boyfriend or employer. However, fraud is often organized, and follows a pattern, simply because how rich a source of cash is available. If you frequent dating sights at all right now, you will often get two different types of messages.

One is from a chat bot, which is just a program designed to act like a human, and direct you to a skype or some paid cam service. Think of it as an interactive advertisement.

The other is the super beautiful picture (which is stolen from a model), who is from a city not to far away from you, but 'visiting their granny in Ghana'. The one that is in Africa, is a actually a room full of people just randomly hitting people trying to pull you into a standard fraud. It's one where they show you a pic, maybe even cam with you for a bit, then say they are in a bad situation, and if they only had money to escape. It's designed to lure in people who have some money, and think that this impossibly beautiful women could be thiers, and they can be a hero from saving them from a bad boyfriend, husband, father, etc. Many cases, it's just a girl the fraud people pulled in off the street, or a girlfriend of one of the fraudsters. Alot of the time, it's actually just a guy using saved pics, and if necessary disguises. There is actually a PDF out there teaching the fraudsters how to set up a shop like that. The key is by keeping the overall amount of money low per person, but dealing in higher volume, they can generate huge sums of cash, without anyone paying them attention.

(You don't see it as much in the united states anymore since the introduction of the internet, but I know someone that actually worked on a the 1-800 number sex lines. It was funny because she was old and very unattractive. However, the advertisements they made for the tv commercials were often a sister, wife, or girl friend of someone that worked on the phone line. None of them looked that attractive themselves)

Think about it this way. The OP said she wanted 300Q. While I don't know the amount of time he spent with her, but lets call that 30 minutes. Say she works 8 hours a day, and with additional time to do actually blackmail him, lets say she gets 15 of these in a day. Say only 10 of them actually pay up. That is 3000Q for one day. In a 5 day work week, that would be 15k. That kind of money draws organizers. So they will have the girl only do the cam work, then pass the actual chat and blackmail part off to another person. If they had 10 people doing this, and because different people handled the different parts, they can do more per hour. Conceivably, they can then can make 180 to 200k a week. Optimistically, this could be over 10million a year. If they do this in underdeveloped areas, or economically depressed neighborhoods. They would easily find people that would jump at that kind of money, and it would be easy to pay off law enforcement to keep any attention away.

It's sad to say, but even though this sounds like the plot of a movie. People are doing this everyday and getting away with it in huge sums. As evident as this forum, we are suckers when it comes to sex. We want badly to believe that we can have the dream come true, and be 'more' than we currently are. Even without it being fraud, there was someone here that was going broke spending all his money on cam girls each day.

  11. thanks for the info. The fact that camera was live I am sure 100% there was clear comunication. By the way it has been a week, and nothing has happened, so yeah she was bluffing. I just thought you were interested to know. We live and learn... I feel sory for guys who will be more afraid and panic and pay money to these type of people. Sad that someone would even think about scamming in this way, but then again humans can be brutal.

It's a scam as old as time. (Since their has been prostitution or cheating, there has been those willing to extort from it). I think it says you were in a better place in that you didn't feel motivated to address it. (Not judging, but a better place would be not to use caming at all). But celebrate the fact that something you might have felt shamed, guilt and isolation for, now was something that another person had no power over you. That is great. As important as it is to track our failure and triggers, it's also important to track our wins and successes. You've won one here.

That has happened to me before.
It really makes your stomach in knots. It kinda scared me off from camming so maybe this experience will be helpful to your NoFap journey.

It sorta helped me to be more mindful before camming.

I was exactly in the same situation!
That's where dopamine addiction leads to
I was having a virtual sex on chatroulete which then moved to Skype, video was recorded and the person blackmailed me and said that she will send it to my mother/family/friends on my Facebook. What I did is simple added her to the blacklist on Skype and deleted all my social media for a month. Nothing happened since.

  15. crazy man i can imagine how you felt. scary shit, but good experience for life ;)

It's always a risk with that kind of stuff. Same thing goes with dick pics... never show your face or have things such as tattoos shown.

You never know what kind of person is on the other side of the computer. I guess there can be lesson learned here. I would not cam with anyone unless it is like long distance relationship with a girlfriend or something like that.

This is actually a pretty common scam on there, and they will do it to multiple people a night because they know eventually someone will pay up. The truth is that realistically it was never a real girl. It was just a really good cam that they could relatively seamlessly transition to various scenes depending on what you ask, though I suppose a real female could actually pull this scam.

Either way, it's good that you didn't fall for it. For future reference, there is basically no reason to be on those sites if you're genuinely trying to stop PMO because they almost exclusively used for explicit purposes.
