Im new to The forum but I've heard of NoFap and went on a three week streak but I ended up fapping again.
    1. Is this a full relapse?
    2. How much does this damage my brain rewiring?
    3. I watch some porn for only 3 mins and out of those 3 mins I just saw pics for like 1 min but I felt like I lost my sex drive, after fapping I felt no need to binge and I still feel relatively horny what will happen to me?
    THANKS IN ADVANCE

Get back up quickly and keep going. You know best what is happening in your own mind and body. If you stay strong it was a fumble, you lost some yardage, but you recovered quickly and kept control of the ball. You did not lose it, so do not lose momentum now. Just because you reset your counter does lot mean that you are really back where you started. You ended your clean streak, but you have learned a lot during your 3-week battle.
It sounds like you handled it far better than you would have just a few weeks ago. You have come a long way, now you keep progressing forward. Tomorrow may be full of urges, but you can beat them.

Yes, you technically fapped so this is a relapse. You were on a 3 week streak, which is a lot. In the case of brain rewiring there will be very minute damage, but if you continue to relapse the damage will increase. Now, you will get greater urges to relapse, called the chaser effect. Just be aware of it. DON'T HURT YOURSELF MORE. ONE RELAPSE HURTS LESS THAN TWO RELAPSES. So keep going on a good streak, prevent relapses and recover. Try to distract yourself from being alone.
    Thanks.

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

    I agree with HappyDays.

Stay strong. Just the struggle you are facing is making you a stronger person.

PMO as a issue isn't a permanent damage situation to your sexual function. You can heal. Even those that have been doing it as long as I have can heal. The damage is letting that circumstance become your normal perspective for life. I think I missed a lot of opportunities for happiness because of my PMO. It allowed me to get far into a depressive state and an unhealthy relationship with my ex-wife. PMO didn't create those things, but I comforted myself with PMO while it was happening. Now those are things I can't back to change or heal.

However, even having done PMO for nearly 30 years. I found myself sexually healing in 50days. I too relapsed recently, and but I'm back at it. I don't think your 'brain chemistry' will be a problem.

So find your strength. Don't worry about what happened yesterday. Focus on what you want to do today, and who you want to be in the long term. Sometimes we slip up, but it's only when we give up entirely that we fail.

Start you're own story. Find the good and the bad in it. Let others help cheer you on in this.

In short, you aren't alone anymore. You don't have to face this in disgust, shame, and isolation. You are not broken, ill, or sick. You can make better choices, so don't let the past concern you anymore. Nothing you did was wrong.
