Is this a relapse?

Im 7 days into no porn, no cybersex and NoFap, and was feeling really horny and wanted sex with my gf.

However in order to get aroused enough to have sex I had to touch myself as she touched herself before we then did it.

Is this a relapse given that I couldn't get hard automatically but needed my own manual help? Or do I get a pass because it was only a means to get to have real sex? And didn't involve any porn or cybersex?

As it has been a few weeks since we've had sex cos I've been dealing with terrible ED I think that this is a 'natural' first step between the virtual and the real or am I just fooling myself?
