first day thinking of trowing my laptop away and switching to a simple phone

    people wish me luck and pray for me im sick n tired of porn ruining my life dont have the balls to adress this face to face with someone so im going to try this here , helps to know that im not alone

    Please take care of your laptop, I threw my computer away and miss it so much.

    nah man dont throw it. delete all your P Collection instead, including pic, video or etc

    and start doin somethin outside

    i suggest u start a gym exercise

    its fill ur free time, recover ur mentally and increase ur phsicsycal strenght

    Just get porn blockers on both devices. They work great! I got rid of my internet for 1 year once at home.. it helped too. As i still needed a computer for work and i could take a laptop to cafes to use internet in a public place. I get how you feel..
    Also on my phone i blocked the ap store and all dating aps, twitter, and youtube is locked to SafeMode..

    see, this just like any addiction is so cunning if i want top watch p ill unblock it nothing helps , living alone doesn't help either, im on my day 2nd day and came home after work and opened my laptop i swear if it didnt have this website opened in tabs i would off automatically turned on the p,
    thanks for the support u literally steered me off this miserable course , im realising how this shit poisoned every aspect of my life, staying strong one day at a time

    I deleted a certain web browser that was a huge thorn in my side. Ease of access to porn. Dunno how I'll feel in a couple of days or so. I imagine it will be hard, I have made strides tho. Deleted a huge cache of porn almost a year ago and never really looked back. Ive still download stuff but never keep anything anymore. Slow progress for me. Next step is counseling.

    NEt nannny worked great on my LG, but not Samsung.. for that I use Boomerang with Spin browser. Boomerang can block aps too on a timer, like i have facebook and instagram set to turn off at 10pm as at night when im tired i can slip with porn-subs.. plus they both can be remote controlled by another person's phone.. i set it all up, then gave my accountability partner the password, then he logged in and changed it... if i need anything changed i can just text him and he can block any ap or website from his phone. I blocked the ap play store too.

    which app censors all social media apps like Twitter, Instagram etc. not just YouTube for Android? Them models on Instagram always get me..

    i am currently not using any blocking tools , but nevertheless lust doesn't leave me cant escape from it ,today one of my clients a married woman (religious and what not ) and im catching myself thinking about her in a lustful way didnt have that before where upon seeing every woman who is attractive physically is an object of lust for me , in an obsessive way . which hinders my ability to connect and makes me tense around females attractive one at that...
    one more day though without PMO

    Im also starting to have urges not to PMO or MO , but go to a spa or order prostitutes , fuck i cant abstain from sex without it dominating my thoughts and feelings for the whole day :((((
