No urge to have sex with gf

    In the last year or so I have no urge to have sex with my gf of over 3 years.

    How do I know if my brain is just messed up because of porn/cybersex addiction or if I'm just not sexually attracted to her anymore?

    It's probably either a flatline or low libido in general.

    No. Have abstained for 8 days as it stands and have no urge to do it. Think I must be in flatline

    I have the same problem currently with my gf of 4 years. I'm currently 8 days as well. I've been upfront and honest and mentally we both feel relieved because there is no more hiding or secrets. Physically she's unsatisfied but says she'll be patient.
