New Member needs help

    HI! I'm a new member who discovered this forum after reading an article and watching a video that explained everything e been dealing with as a porn addict for nearly 20 years.

    I've just begun my PMO streak, which has been good thus far, but I have a question that I need help with:

    I have a long distance girlfriend. I don't have a problem with telling her what's going on, but she's very sexual and needs sex when we see each other. Can I complete a reboot if I abstain from porn and masturbation BUT we have healthy sex when we're together every 4-6 weeks?

    There is hard reboot which is no PMO. Then there the next level called regular
    Or standard? It's no PM but you can have O. If you are only seeing here every 4-6 weeks, then you are probably in the middle of those. You can do it that way. The literature just says your reboot may take longer.

    In my opinion the answer is no when i have sex i lose ALL my benefits from nofap.

    The point of rebooting is to return to normal sexual functioning with a partner. Many recommend a 30 day streak of no P, no M, and no O, hard mode. It would seem like your situation is ideal, with a caring partner, but without constant physical interaction
    I spent a few months 1000+ miles from my future wife. It was one of the best times of communication, getting to know each other and ourselves. I hope you can use this opportunity to grow and heal, so that you can more fully enjoy life together.
