Severely need help.

    Hello, 18 year old male here. I have been looking at porn ever since I was 12. It started off with hetero porn but now I am only hooked on gay porn. I really do want to be with a female, but I am afraid I will not have anything to offer to her sexually because my brain is hooked on this gay porn. Just a disclaimer I am not against homosexuality at all! I just really see myself wanting to have a healthy sex life with a female, but I am really scared that I won't be able to because I am so obsessed with gay porn. My question I have is will I be able to re wire my brain to be sexually attracted to females if I go really long without masturbation? This sexual issue I have has been making me feel suicidal and if I don't find the motivation I am really going to consider killing myself. Please tell me a way where I can gain confidence to want to seek a relationship with a female even though I have this porn issue. It is literally ruining my life. Please help! :(

    It's completely fine dude.
    Your sexuality wasn't always gay right your brain was just rewired into liking it.Don't worry this same rewiring can help your brain to regain its normal sexuality.You just have to stop porn and masturbation for a while you will regain your sexuality back.You don't have to masturbate to be attracted to women just try nofap hardmode for 90 days.Just don't commit suicide its not worth it you were given this life because you are tough enough to live it.Stop running away from your problems and face it head on.Your lack of confidence maybe due to overuse of porn.Just give up porn and you will see great results.

    I am in the same situation as you man. I've been hooked on it for about 11 years now. I don't believe I am gay as I dont find guys attractive and I don't intend to ever have a relationship with one. Like yourself I believe there is nothing at all wrong with someone being gay it's just not who we are. Porn has a way with fucking with your mind.

    My best advice to you would be to give up pmo asap. I started about a mouth ago and I'm definitely noticing the changes already. Yes there will be urges and relapses but keep on trying. It's not going to be easy.

    As for you thinking about killing yourself, get some help if it's that bad. Don't harm yourself man. You can change but you do need to put in the hard work. Hope this helps..

    Wow, already replies! Thank you all so much, reading these and knowing that people have shared similar experiences as me are really the things that keep me going. The feeling of not being alone. I am more than ready to start my journey of no PMO. It will be tough but I need to get better. Thank you so much, seriously.
