I have some wet dream and a sensation of relapse but I think is just my brain.

If you only had a wet dream and didn't do anything then don't worry. Not a relapse. That feeling that it is, is common.

If you engage in an activity that you believe is negative and it moves away from your goals, that's a relapse. If you experience a natural event that you have no control over, that's not a relapse. It's easy to say that but I know the feeling you're going through and it does feel like a set back sometimes. What's important is to accept that your body/brain did what it naturally needed to do, and keep moving forward. If you have an accountability partner, this is a good thing to let them know about. It really helps to get it off of your chest and talk with someone about it. If you don't have an accountability partner...get one. Keep fighting ;)
