Rebooting with a live in girlfriend

I'm also rebooting and having sex with a love-in girlfriend. I've never needed viagr, but certainly I've had difficulties with achieving orgasm when having sex.

My strategy was to try and remove pressure and give it time. So we had sex a number of times, and I would not O, and I'd tell myself that was fine, that each time would be a bit better. And it really is! I'm more sensitive, more 'in the moment' during sex. It's great.

My advice would be to cut out the viagr, and let the reboot begin to help with time. You're trying to teach your body/brain to enjoy healthy sex without aides (pharmaceuticals or porn), so cut them both out, try not to worry if the PIED doesn't disappear immediately, and see where you are at later points of the reboot. Others would know more than me, but I would warn that I read bad cases of PIED can take quite a long time to heal.

 

Sex with your girlfriend is actually good for your reboot. Honestly the viegra isn't. Have you checked out if the viegra can do harm to your erections in the future? I think you should stop viegra and get your streak going and after a while it will get better and better.
